I hereby give permission to Total Woman to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio,video shows, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I give permission to Total Woman to use photographs of me and or my property and authorize licenses, legal representative and transfer to use, sale prints and publish with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name in all media forms. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the image, any written copy or finished product. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
